To achieve this standard, there are certain things we do:

• We have systemised processes including checklists for every step undertaken from office admin, to project estimation to management and trade works.

• We work on fixed price submissions and agreements.

• We have access to designers and engineers so can offer design & construct packages, or alternatives to your existing designs.

• Our team are fully CEC approved and are regularly trained in:

  • Safety and risk management to comply with AS/NZS 4801 and OHSAS 18001

  • Correct installation procedures and practices that comply with AS/NZS 3000

  • Latest technologies that are new or coming to the market

• We have regular team meetings to review our performance and the outcomes of projects.

• We discuss what we did well, where we can improve and any general issues.

• Our vehicles and our team are clean, tidy, and most importantly, fitted out to make our time on site as efficient as possible.
